Pastor Douglas and Dr. Corbett led a Youth Crime Watch training for youth and adults in Fort Pierce on September 15, 2007. The interactive workshop engaged participants in problem-solving exercises and gave them an expanded knowledge of the importance of youth-led crime prevention and for the need of the youth to be directly involved in the development of their community. Youth Crime Watch theory and practice was explained.
