The Florida Panhandle Crime Prevention Kick-Off: Oct. 29-Nov. 1, 2008

Youth Crime Watch of Florida presents the Florida Panhandle Crime Prevention Kick-Off, October 29th - November 1st, 2008, in Tallahassee, FL. The four-day program begins with the Training of Trainers at Florida A&M College from Oct 29-31. The trainers will then go on to train schools on October 31st and community locations on November 1st. The following week trainers will be assigned to those schools or community sites that were not able to make the initial training.

Anyone who is interested in learning how to train Youth Crime Watch of Florida's Implementation program can sign up by calling.

All interested schools and community sites who would like to find out more about receiving training on becoming a YOUTH-LED Crime Prevention site can participate in this event in Tallahassee.

Our trainers will be utilized to provide technical assistance and training to existing and newly formed Youth Crime Watch sites to help them with their mission of decreasing crime in their schools and communities.

Please contact Terry Allen Jones at 305-670-2409 [or write to tajones] for more information about the above Florida training events.
