Miami school recognized for youth efforts in crime prevention

November 2009: The YCW program of Citizens' Crime Watch of Miami-Dade County named the YCW "Crime Educators" group at Dr. Michael Krop Senior High School in Miami, Florida, as their "YCW School of the Week" for the week of Nov. 16, 2009.

The recognition honors the group's hard work on a variety of prevention projects including their annual "Clothesline Project" on dating violence, an interactive installation which involves the creation of violence prevention shirts by the group.

Keep up the good work!

Congratulations to the students at Krop Senior High!
